Hi, I'm Silja, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself to you! I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language, and I've had the fantastic opportunity to put my passion into practice. During my practicum, I gained valuable experience teaching English to junior high students and oral communication to senior high schoolers – a truly rewarding experience that solidified my love for education and working with young people.

My hobbies are as diverse as my teaching interests! I love immersing myself in the world of English music, finding inspiration and enjoyment in the lyrics and melodies. When I'm not listening to music, you can find me playing badminton – a great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.

I understand firsthand that learning English can be both incredibly interesting and sometimes challenging. That's precisely why I'm so passionate about creating a dynamic and engaging classroom environment. I believe in making learning fun and accessible. In my classes, you'll find me incorporating playful activities, using gestures to enhance understanding, and fostering a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable participating. My goal is to transform the learning process into a meaningful and enjoyable experience.

I want my students to not only acquire English language skills but also to build confidence in their abilities. I strive to create a space where students feel empowered to express themselves, ask questions, and take risks without fear of judgment. My teaching philosophy centers around the belief that every student has the potential to succeed, and I'm dedicated to helping each one of you reach your full potential.
