Hi there! I am Fomboni, and I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my class. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, and I am a licensed teacher with hands-on experience teaching young learners in a real classroom setting. My ultimate goal as an educator is to bring that same warm, interactive classroom energy into our virtual space so it feels like a supportive second home.

When it comes to my free time, I am a massive fan of diving into epic anime series, getting lost in a good book, and jamming out to my favorite music. I also enjoy playing mobile strategy games occasionally, as it is a fun way to relax and practice quick, strategic thinking. My own love for English started when I was very young, sparked by the incredible stories, songs, and media I enjoyed. That inspiration is exactly why I became an English teacher. I want to show you that learning a second language can be an exciting adventure rather than a chore. In our lessons, I love focusing on conversational confidence and creative expression, using the things you love, like music, anime shows, or daily life, as our guide.

When I’m not teaching, I’m usually completely lost in my favorite hobbies: anime, books, and music. I’m a huge fan of gripping stories, so my top anime picks are definitely Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer, and Death Parade. My reading list usually depends on people's recommendation, though my all-time favorite book will always be The Little Prince. When it comes to music, my playlist is a bit of a mix—I’m constantly jamming out to BTS, Don Toliver, and Kali Uchis. And on days when I want a little extra excitement, I love jumping into a quick game of Call of Duty: Mobile to relax and unwind!
