その職務経験から、傾聴力や分かりやすく伝える力、丁寧に対応する姿勢をレッスンにも活かしています。
また、生徒さん達がリラックスして楽しく英語を学べる雰囲気づくりにも努めています。

Hello! My name is Teacher Frenalie.

I am an Associate College Graduate with over two years of customer service experience. My work taught me how to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and be patient with people from different backgrounds.

I enjoy reading, listening to music, and learning new things. These hobbies inspire me to keep improving, and they also make me excited to help others learn English.
