自己紹介

Hello there! I am Gachi. Students may call me Teacher Gachi.
I want us to be comfortable with each other as much as possible. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English.

I have had ESL teaching experience for a few months.
I am very empathetic to shy students because I grew as an introvert. I was a shy and quiet child, but I became much more sociable when I reached high school and made many new friends. I am better at teaching adults because I am chill, but I enjoy teaching children too.

If you are an introvert and like to be alone, it's ok! I am here to help you come out of your shell and learn to talk to people using the English language. I am a very good listener, so please feel free to talk about various topics of your choosing with me.

I am empathetic and very patient, so I care about my student's feelings. I don't want my students to feel pressured during my lectures.

To my future students, even though we don't share the same interests or hobbies, I am always here to listen to your stories. I will help you communicate better using the English language.

My hobbies are Watching Anime (Shingeki no Kyojin and Sword Art Online Series is my favorite, aside from those, I do watch lots of different genres so I've probably finished watching more than a hundred titles. My students can ask me about an anime series and I probably knew about it or finished watching it). I also like watching Horror and Action Movies (May it be Japanese, Korean or Western Movies especially when it's about zombie apocalypse or survival) and sometimes I watch Rom-Coms too along with Romance K-Dramas. I also Listen to Music from time to time, I knew a lot of Japanese songs when I was in high school but right now, I've been listening to English songs, mostly lo-fi, R&B and Pop songs (I really like Ariana Grande's songs). When I have a lot of free time, I also play online games like Call of Duty Mobile and Mir4.
