自己紹介

Hi, my name is Wimpa. My teaching journey is a new and meaningful chapter in my life, as I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Although I do not have formal teaching experience yet, I have always been willing to learn and explore opportunities that allow me to share my knowledge with others. At the beginning of this journey, I felt nervous because teaching in front of students was something new and challenging for me. However, as I started preparing for teaching demonstrations and practicing my lessons, I gradually became more confident and comfortable. I learned that being a good teacher is not only about knowing the subject but also about knowing how to communicate and connect with students. I discovered that students become more engaged when the lesson is interactive, enjoyable, and connected to their everyday experiences. To keep students interested, I can use simple games, interesting questions, short stories, music, and real-life examples that make the lesson less boring and more meaningful. I also believe that encouraging students to speak, ask questions, and share their ideas helps create a comfortable and positive learning environment. My background in Philosophy has strengthened my critical thinking, communication, patience, and ability to understand different perspectives, which I can apply in teaching. Every practice and teaching experience gives me an opportunity to learn from my mistakes, accept feedback, and improve my skills. Although I am still at the beginning of my teaching journey, I am determined to continue learning and developing myself. I look forward to becoming a patient, approachable, and engaging teacher who can inspire students to enjoy learning and become more confident in expressing themselves.

My hobbies include watching Japanese anime and movies, listening to Japanese music, learning about Japanese culture, playing language games, and exploring Japanese traditions. I believe these hobbies can help me make my lessons more interactive, enjoyable, and engaging for students.
