Hello, I am Teacher Algidus, I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education and recently taking up my masters degree in Education. I have a strong passion for helping learners improve their communication skills and gain confidence in using English in their daily lives. Over the years, I have worked with students of different ages and backgrounds, which has given me the opportunity to understand their unique learning needs and cultural perspectives.
In my classes, I make sure to create a positive and supportive learning environment. I use a variety of teaching methods, such as interactive activities, real-life conversations, multimedia resources, and games, to make lessons both enjoyable and effective.
My goal as an ESL teacher is to guide my students toward becoming confident, independent learners who can use English naturally in different situations, whether for school, work, or travel. I also encourage values such as respect, patience, and perseverance in the classroom, because I believe these are just as important as language skills.
