My name is Jaysufel.
I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree. Teaching is a deeply rewarding passion of mine because I genuinely love helping students express themselves confidently in English. Over my time as an ESL teacher, I have worked with diverse learners, which has taught me how to adapt my lessons to fit each student's unique learning style and pace.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy creative and relaxing hobbies like crocheting, as well as watching Japanese and Korean movies. My love for foreign cinema and crafts brings patience, cultural appreciation, and creativity into my teaching. I especially love guiding students through interactive conversational lessons, foundational grammar, and pronunciation refinement using everyday, real-world topics.

- When I am not teaching, I love spending my free time on creative and engaging activities. Instead of just watching movies, I am a big fan of Japanese horror films like Zom 100 and Homonculus, as well as thrilling Korean cinema like Train to Busan and Parasite. As for a more unique hobby, I practice amigurumi, which is the Japanese art of crocheting small, detailed yarn plushies and miniature characters. Crafting these intricate pieces using fine yarn requires patience, focus, and creativity
