Hello, my name is Genalyn R. Natad, also known as Lani. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. I have a-year-ESL experience and that was a very nice experience for me. Handling different Nationalities is quite challenging. Nevertheless, if you know how to adjust and understand each other, you will surely build a good rapport. It's indeed a very nice feeling when you answer their questions. That is why I like to teach ESL as it is all about understanding and of course patience. Some people don't think that learning English is important but for me, it is very important because we are now in the globally competitive world. One of my students said that "English plays a great role in my life." At first, he didn't take English seriously but he then realized the importance of English when he wanted to travel to another country. The only way to communicate is through the use of English. As a human being, we can't figure out the significance of something unless we experience it.
