Radiance

Hello, my name is Radiance. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in English. I have experience teaching during my college years both locally and internationally. I've tutored basic grammar to juniors at my university through face-to-face discussions and daily English conversation with college students in Indonesia online. I was an exchange student during my Field Study; I went to Indonesia to observe and teach high school students as their English practicum teacher for a while. I returned to the Philippines and continued my on-the-job training in a local high school, teaching grade 11-12 students about 21st Century Literatures.

I mainly work with teenagers and adults, and I enjoy teaching them every single day. However, I am also open to teaching young learners with enthusiasm and dedication.

I like reading comics, such as manga. I usually read them online, and I enjoy action and sci-fi genres. I also like watching movies, especially superhero and animated movies because they are fun to watch. Additionally, I enjoy creating things with beads, like bracelets, keychains, and other accessories. Traveling is one of my hobbies; I love going to beaches and mountains just to see the beautiful views. I have also traveled abroad to places like Indonesia and Japan! My time there was wonderful, and I met different people and learned about their culture as well.

Teaching English is more than just teaching lessons and improving skills. It is about sharing what I know and helping my students become more confident in using the language. I want my students to enjoy learning English, feel comfortable expressing themselves, and discover that learning a language can open many opportunities for them.

So, come and book my class, where we will learn, grow, and have fun together while studying the English language!
