Wilda

Hey! I’m Wilda, and I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree in Social Science from Visayas State University. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise in communication and social science research through a Master of Arts in Education in Social Science program at Leyte Normal University.

I have one year and six months of teaching experience, having taught various learning formats during the pandemic, including online, modular/distance learning, and face-to-face classes. I also have five years of community service experience as a public servant, which has given me valuable insights into diverse perspectives.

I enjoy creating educational playbooks filled with engaging class activities for my students. Additionally, I have participated in several professional training sessions, such as the Teaching English as a Second Language Fundamentals Advanced Workshops. In my free time, I love reading motivational and inspirational books and watching unique English movies. I also enjoy swimming and participating in other sports.

In my English classes, I focus on topics like geography, the environment, society, travel, economic development, and life lessons. With my skills and experiences, I'm excited to offer my expertise to help you learn basic to intermediate English skills while exploring various social science subjects, including geography, history, cultures, economics, current trends and issues, political science, and sociology.
