Hello! I am Teacher Ximena.
I enjoy both teaching and learning! I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Cebu Normal University, one of the country's top state universities and colleges for teacher education.
I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and participating in sports such as badminton and cycling in my spare time.
I taught English to students in both Japan and Korea for years. It has been satisfying to watch my students' abilities develop! I've studied English for 16 years and know learning a second language takes dedication, practice, and a positive attitude. As a result, I work hard to bring this positive attitude to my classes! My classes are always lively, enjoyable, and full of energy. My top priority is for my students to feel competent, at ease, and motivated throughout their learning journey. It's lovely to meet you!
