自己紹介

Hi, my name is Ma. Catherine Cabarrubias, you can call me Teacher Cathy. I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Home Economics Technology. I chose this major because it prepares individual to fulfill real-life responsibilities.
I had an ESL experience for a year in an academy here in Cebu.
I'm fond of reading inspirational stories, playing volleyball, and badminton. Since I am already a mother of 3, if I am not busy in my work and household chores, I spend my free time to my children. We go to the mall and eat in a restaurant.
I chose this path in my career, which is teaching ESL students, because it is my passion to teach. It's not only challenging for me to teach ESL students but also exciting and I enjoy being their teacher especially if the students are learning English from me. It's fulfilling!
English language is important to us since it is the only language that we can use to communicate globally.
I'm a passionate and student-centered teacher. I make sure that the students are learning from my class. I make my class as fun and exciting as possible. I'm a friendly teacher and willing to give everything for my students' improvement and development with regards to their English skills. I really want to help, inspire, motivate students to the best that I can. I'm going to bring out the best in you so come and join my class!
