自己紹介

Hello! I’m Jovela, and I'm excited to introduce myself as your potential English language instructor. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies and a TEFL certificate, providing me with a strong foundation in effective language teaching methodologies. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a supportive and student-centered classroom environment where every individual feels comfortable and confident to share their ideas and celebrate their progress. I believe in fostering a space where learning is not just about acquiring knowledge, but about developing confidence and self-expression.
Outside of the classroom, I find joy in pursuing my creative passions. While I enjoy watching fantasy movies, my true passion lies in singing. This love for creative expression informs my teaching style, emphasizing the importance of finding joy and enthusiasm in the learning process. My inspiration stems from my senior high school English teacher, whose clear, confident voice, unwavering patience, and highly effective teaching methods left a lasting impression on me.
In my classroom, you can expect a warm and friendly atmosphere where every session is filled with positivity and encouragement. In my free time, I enjoy watching random movies and videos online—from Reels and Disney shows to Marvel films, dramas, documentaries, world wonders, and anime. I also love playing chess, singing, and listening to music like Beautiful Crazy, This City, or cozy tracks from Cozy Coves. I have fun imitating English accents, and I enjoy reading manga, manhwa, Wattpad stories, diaries, and even confessions.
