自己紹介

Hello, my name is Wabena, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and History from the University of Ghana. Teaching is not just a profession for me—it’s a true passion that brings me joy and fulfillment. With one year of professional teaching experience and several years of informally helping siblings and peers, I’ve developed a strong foundation in guiding others through the English language.

I approach every lesson with a friendly and energetic attitude, aiming to make learning both fun and effective. My teaching style is built on patience, kindness, and respect for each student’s unique pace and learning style. I believe that when students feel comfortable and supported, they’re more confident and open to growing. I always strive to create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and feel motivated to improve.

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy singing, watching movies, and exploring new places through sightseeing. These hobbies not only keep me refreshed but also inspire creativity in my lessons. When I'm not teaching, I love engaging in activities that inspire and relax me. I enjoy singing, especially gospel and soul music, my favorites include songs by Sinach and Tasha Cobbs. I’m also a big fan of movies, particularly historical dramas and adventure films like The Woman King, Gladiator, and Black Panther. Sightseeing is another passion of mine—I love exploring historical sites, nature parks, and vibrant cultural festivals in Ghana like the Kakum and Mole National Parks in Ghana. These experiences spark my creativity and help me connect better with different people and cultures. I also enjoy reading inspirational eBooks, with my favorites being "Understanding your Potential" and "The Battlefield of the mind"
