Hi, there! Welcome!

My name is Agaira, and I am very excited to be your ESL teacher. I am currently a college undergraduate pursuing a degree in Education with a major in English. I do believe in Nelson Mandela's quote, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world," which is why I am passionate about helping learners improve their English skills in a fun and comfortable way.

Even though I am still pursuing my degree, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine love for teaching. I believe teaching is both an honor and a rewarding journey, where I can share knowledge while continuously learning from my students as well.

I am a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic person who loves meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, which is why I am mostly called a social butterfly. In my free time, I enjoy singing, dancing, reading stories, watching movies and series, listening to music, and exploring topics that help me improve my English proficiency. I believe these hobbies allow me to bring interesting discussions and real-life topics into our lessons.

My love for English started because I enjoy how language connects people around the world, which is why in my class, you can expect a positive and supportive atmosphere where making mistakes is part of the learning process. I will do my best to guide you step by step and help you express yourself comfortably and become a more confident English speaker.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, I will adapt according to your needs and learning pace because my goal is not only to teach English but also to help you enjoy the learning journey and build confidence in your abilities.

My hobbies include singing English and Filipino songs by artists such as Taylor Swift and MYMP. I also enjoy dancing to K-pop music, which helps me stay active and express myself creatively. In my free time, I love reading stories, especially romance and fantasy stories. I also enjoy watching movies and series, including romantic comedies, fantasy films, and popular shows. Listening to music is one of my favorite ways to relax, and I enjoy exploring songs from different genres and artists. I also like learning new English words and expressions through books, movies, and conversations. Meeting new people from different cultures and backgrounds is another hobby of mine because it allows me to learn new perspectives and make meaningful connections.
