彼はこれまでに、様々な顧客対応の経験があり、難しい状況でも前向きに対応してきたスキルを活かし、
やさしく親しみやすい雰囲気でレッスンを進めてくれます。
英語に自信がない方でも安心して学ぶことができます。
また、音楽好きなBencio先生はドラム演奏を始め、映画鑑賞や読書を楽しんでいます。

自己紹介

Hello. I'm Bencio. I studied Tourism and Hospitality management. I love teaching although I don't have an educational background in this field. I play drums and love music. I enjoy watching movies, reading books, and teaching other people. I have handled customers with their complex inquiries and have dealt with angry people. I love to turn things around and make them positive. Let's have a blast and learn more in my class. Learning never stops, and I hope you will have the best class of your life in my session.
