読書と映画・ドラマ鑑賞が趣味ですが、その中でもミステリーやSF小説（シャーロック・ホームズや『オデッセイ』など）、ジブリ作品や『ストレンジャー・シングス』がお気に入りです。

自己紹介

Hello! My name is Proud, and I’m passionate about teaching English.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science and a 120-hour TEFL certificate, with over five years of experience helping students improve their language skills. I believe that learning English should be fun, engaging, and tailored to meet each student’s unique goals.

In my classes, I focus on practical communication skills—whether it’s building confidence in conversations, mastering pronunciation, or expanding vocabulary. I enjoy creating lessons that are interactive and easy to understand, ensuring every student feels supported and motivated to learn. Teaching gives me the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and help them express themselves with confidence.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading mystery and science fiction novels, such as Sherlock Holmes and The Martian. I also love watching movies and TV series that inspire creativity, like Studio Ghibli films and Stranger Things. These interests often help me bring relatable and exciting topics into my lessons.

In my free time, I enjoy watching international soccer, especially matches from the English Premier League—I’m a fan of FC Barcelona. I also like reading popular science fiction and mystery novels, such as The Martian by Andy Weir and Sherlock Holmes. I often relax by watching Netflix series like Stranger Things and Money Heist, which are popular in many countries, including Japan. On weekends, I enjoy watching Studio Ghibli films—Spirited Away and My Neighbor Totoro are some of my favorites. I’m also interested in learning about different cultures and meeting people from around the world, which helps me connect better with my students.
